Welcome to Alhaya Secrets. By accessing or purchasing from this website you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
• By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or ordering under the supervision of a guardian.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time. Price changes never affect orders already confirmed.
• Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, repeated refused COD deliveries, incorrect contact details, or stock unavailability. Any payment received for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
• Please double-check your phone number and address — we are not responsible for deliveries delayed or failed due to incorrect details.

4. Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
• Online payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, cards) are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.
• Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

5. Delivery

Delivery is handled by reputable courier partners across Pakistan, normally within 2–4 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell intimate apparel, special hygiene rules apply. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for the complete process and timelines.

7. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward staff, or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — product photography, text, logos and design — is the property of Alhaya Secrets and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of income or inconvenience caused by courier delays beyond our control.
