Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order. Because we sell intimate apparel, our policy balances your right to a fair exchange with strict hygiene standards that protect all customers.
1. Exchanges (size or colour)
- Lingerie (bras, panties, sets, shapewear): exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Sleepwear & robes: exchange within 14 days under the same conditions.
- To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp (0300-1234567) with your order number and the size or colour you need.
- The first size exchange on any order is free — we cover the return courier. Additional exchanges cost the courier fee (typically Rs. 250–350).
2. Items that cannot be returned
- Panties and briefs that have been removed from their sealed packaging, unless faulty — this is a strict hygiene rule.
- Items without original tags, or showing signs of wear, washing, perfume or make-up.
- Clearance items marked "final sale" on the product page.
3. Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — we apologise, and we fix it at zero cost to you:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange pickup and send a replacement, or issue a full refund including delivery charges — your choice.
4. Refund method & timing
- COD orders: refunds are sent to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Online-paid orders: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on the provider.
- Where the return is not due to our error, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
5. Order cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is shipped — message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once shipped, please refuse the parcel politely at the door (COD) and the order will be treated as cancelled on its return to us.
