How to Find Your Perfect Bra Size at Home
Finding your true size is the single biggest upgrade to comfort. Here is our five-minute method.
Step 1 — Band size. Wearing a non-padded bra, measure snugly around your ribcage, just under the bust. Round to the nearest even number.
Step 2 — Bust size. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and relaxed.
Step 3 — Cup size. Subtract band from bust. Each inch of difference is one cup: 1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D.
Signs your current bra is wrong: straps digging, band riding up at the back, cups wrinkling or overflowing.
